The lanna golf course is an mature course located very close to the city centre. The 27 holes are amongst a variety of sporting possibilities including a driving range, shooting club and racing track - one of 9 hole courses is based on the horse racing track. The course features some interesting holes with fairways divided by fully grown trees. The parkland lakes add challenges along with plenty of carefully placed bunkers. The course is popular amongst locals, but sometimes isn’t perfect condition.

Features

Lanna golf course is a very mature course set in parkland to very close to the town centre. It boasts a number of sporting facilities including a shooting club, driving range, horse race track and of course 27 holes of golf. One set of 9 holes is mostly situated within the horse racing track, while the rest of the holes wind through public parkland. A highlight is the 2nd on course 2, where you’ll face a decision of how far to play your tee shot down a narrowing fairway with water left. This is followed by a tricky 5th hole, where you’ll need a precise approach shot.

Location

Lanna Golf Course is close to the city - head north from Chang Phueak gate along the road to Maerim and you will find Lanna Golf Course on the left in between the super highway and the 2nd ring road, around 1km past the Super Highway.
