The 12th is an interesting dog leg right par 4. The tee shot needs to carry a lake to the fairway. Taking a driver off the tee might not be advised as if you go through the fairway (over the bunkers) there is water beyond. Also be careful about cutting too much off the corner, while the trees will block your shot, the lake extends further to the right, and the shot gets riskier.
Once on the fairway, the approach shot still needs to carry some water, and avoid the bunker on the right of the green. There are also some trully evil craters, with nasty banks on the left hand side - designed it seems purely to ruin someone’s day. Get it on the green and you’re left with another green that slopes from back to front with a sharp ridge across the middle.
