The 11th contrasts greatly with the 10th, as this is a monstrously long par 4, well marked as the hardest hole of the back nine. Over 500 yards from the back tees, a huge tee shot is needed. The temptation is to cut along the left side of the fairway, as the hole bends a little to the left, and bunkers loom ominously on the right, but with a small stream running along the left that can prove a mistake. However you look at the hole, its not at all easy!
