Tiny Corner

Tiny Corner, maybe the smallest bar in the world - certainly the smallest bar in the world not to be recommended by the lonely planet!

Around the corner on Moon Muang Soi 2, Tiny Corner is a small bar with a big heart. Chosen for the flash mob, it proved to be the ideal venue!

Where is it?

Tiny Corner is on Moon Muang Soi 2, the soi that runs behind the Mad Dog bar. Just pop around the corner and its on the left hand side. It might be small, but you shouldn't miss it.

The bar is run by Brent and his partner, and with good music and very welcoming hosts, it is a great venue for a beer. If it isn't recommended in the Lonely Planet, then it should be.

There is some legal dispute going on about what is the holder of the Guinness World Record for the smallest bar. There is "Sam's World Smallest Bar", in Colorado (US), at 10.12 sq. m. or The Nutshell in Suffolk (UK), at 10.22 sq.m. or The Rake in London at 8.45 sq.m. But Guinness are expected to rule in favour of The Signal Box Inn, which takes up just 5.95 sq.m. of Cleethorpes (UK). Maybe the judges should pay a visit to Tiny Corner in Chiang Mai to settle any disputes!
