The first hole at Green Valley golf course is a long, challenging par 5. There is water running the length of the hole to the left, but the fairway is wide enough that the lateral water shouldn't come into play. A ridge runs along the fairway, with the right side a bit higher than the left. Going to this right side might bring 2 bunkers into play.

The fairway gets a little narrower for the 2nd shot, but avoid the water on the left, and you should have no problem advancing the ball towards the green.
The green is guarded by several bunkers to the left, but it remains a fair target to aim at. It slopes gently down towards the fairway and putts are not too difficult to read. The real challenge in the hole is the length of it.
