Tee Shot on Hole #4 at Gassan Khun Tan Golf Course
The 2nd par 5 in a row is a long, long par 5! The river runs the length of the hole along the right hand side, and off the tee you are challenged by a relatively narrow fairway. Obviously on the right is water, but to the left your ball could be lost in the rough. Given the length of the hole you need a long tee shot so long and straight is your only option.
Once on the fairway, you are left with another long 2nd shot. There is a valley to the left, but with little danger, this is the shot to let it rip on. After this you may open up a great shot to the green. The backdrop is the famous 'white bridge', but short of the green is a deep, deep bunker. Get it on the green and there is still a gentle left to right slope to contend with. Not an easy hole!
