Tee Shot on Hole #6 at Chiang Mai Lamphun Golf Course

The tee shot begins by threading between a some trees to where the fairway opens out. A large tree stands to the left side of the fairway, you want to go to the right of this tree and past it in order to open up a view of the green for your second shot. Go to the left and there is a bunker, and also water that could come in to play. If you can avoid the trees at the tee ground, and get past the fairway tree, then you have made the hole a lot easier to play.

Approach Shot on Hole #6 at Chiang Mai Lamphun Golf Course

There is water to the left of the approach shot, although a good shot would take it out of play. The fairway drops away before the green and the ground then slopes steeply up through the green The ideal approach shot will carry over this valley, ending below the hole.

The green is one of the steepest on the course. It isn't that large, and is particularly narrow, but it slopes steeply - so leave your ball above the hole at your peril!
