The tee shot on this par 5, passes through a narrow alleyway of trees to reach the fairway. The fairway is also narrow with out of bounds to the left. A couple of bunkers guard the right hand side of the fairway. The fairway slopes downhill to a small brook 200 yards from the green. For long hitters from some tee positions the brook is reachable, so laying up in front of it is sensible.

While the green is might be reachable in 2, the second shot will generally be to take you over the brook, leaving a straight forward approach shot. There is a tree that stands out short of the green to the right, so to avoid this coming into play you might aim your 2nd shot a little to the left side of the fairway, but beware, there is OB to the left of the fairway.

As well as the tree there are a couple of bunkers to avoid, one short to the left, the other to the right. If you go through the green there is some rough before you reach the out of bounds wall. The green again is large, with a left to right slope.
